SUMMARY:Brew at the Bison
DESCRIPTION:Come join area homebrewers from the Buffalo Beer Goddesses\, Das Hausbrauers von Buffalo\, Niagara Association of Homebrewers\, and Sultans of Swig\, as well as independent brewers\, for our annual Brew at the Bison. Homebrewers\, bring your mobile brewing gear and ingredients to Flying Bison\, set up in the parking lot\, and make beer. We will have access to Flying Bison’s hot liquor tank\, so you can get your brew day off to a very quick start. \nWhere: Flying Bison Brewery (840 Seneca St\, Buffalo)\nWhen: Saturday\, June 15th. 8:00am start \nPlease register here so we can plan accordingly:\nhttps://forms.gle/5NLx1GJqDXBBX8PZ9 \nThe theme this year is German styles (see list below for ideas). There will be a homebrew competition\, organized by Tim Belczak\, for any German style beers brewed at the event. Acceptable styles and additional details are below. \nLunch is going to be pot luck so bring a favorite dish to share. NAH will bring bratwurst and a small grill. \nThis event is rain or shine so please bring a pop-up tent if you have one. \nHope to see you there! \nHomebrew competition\nIn early August\, there will be a competition for any German style beers brewed at the event. The entry fee is $3 to cover expenses\, and entries can be dropped off at Niagara Traditions\, who are sponsoring the competition. The styles below are accepted in this competition.
