3rd Annual Brew at the Bison

Our annual outdoor summer brew will again be hosted by Flying Bison on June 11. This year we will be joined by the Sultans of Swig and the Buffalo Beer Goddesses. Beers brewed during this event will be served at the WNY Homebrewers Picnic in August and a “people’s choice” winner will be chosen. Come as early as 8:30 and start your brew day with strike-temperature treated water! Bring your own equipment and ingredients. Comment below if you’re looking for a brewing partner or want to share a pop-up tent for shade/rain. We are encouraging the public to stop by and see homebrewing (or parking lot brewing) in action and we’d like to stagger the brews throughout the day if possible (and so we don’t complete for the chilling hose). Please feel free to bring homebrew to share!
The “Taste of Puerto Rico” food truck will be making a return trip to this event after the well-received treatment they provided us last year!
