Come join the area homebrewer from Buffalo Beer Goddesses, Das Hausbrauers von Buffalo, Niagara Association of Homebrewers, and Sultans of Swig, as well as independent brewers, for our annual Brew at the Bison. Homebrewers, bring your mobile brewing gear and ingredients to Flying Bison, set up in the parking lot, and make beer. Hot, treated mash water will be available to get your brew day off to a great start. Start time is 8:30am.

The theme this year is brew something new. Time to break out of brewing comfort zone and make a style you have never made before.

There will be donuts and beermosas for breakfast along with a Shandy/Radler station for your beer mixing pleasure in the afternoon.

Lunch is going to be pot luck so bring a favorite dish to share.

The beers made here will be part of a People’s Choice award at the annual Brewer’s Picnic in August.

This event is rain or shine so feel free to bring a pop up tent.
